* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 13 below expected.

* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon,
Perry, Schuylkill, and York Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills approaching 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
