Details:
* WHAT...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills
as low as 15 below through this morning. For the second Cold
Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 17 below
expected again tonight. Higher terrain should see the coldest wind
chill values.

* WHERE...Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Southern Wayne, and Wyoming
Counties.

* WHEN...For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 10 AM EST this
morning. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from 11 PM this
evening to 9 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could
result in hypothermia and frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Information:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
