The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EST this morning.
* LOCATIONS...Luzerne, Lackawanna, and Wayne Counties in Northeast
Pennsylvania. Sullivan and Delaware Counties in Central New
York.
* HAZARDS...Areas of dense fog.
* VISIBILITIES...Below a quarter mile at times, especially higher
elevations such as the Poconos and into the Catskills.
* TIMING...Overnight through 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Difficult driving conditions from low and rapidly
changing visibility, especially at higher elevations.

Information:
A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
